建筑业企业价值创新文化力效率评价

文化力是建筑业企业价值创新三大环境力之一。本文基于文化、文化力和企业文化力的文献回顾，提出文化治理是文化力对建筑业企业价值创新作用的最高层次。基于此，将其划分为企业精神文化力、企业制度文化力、企业行为文化力和企业物质文化力四个层次，并构建其相应的指标体系。为了有效测度文化力对建筑业企业价值创新的效率，采用层次分析法分析四种文化力权重，然后以DEA 为中心模型提出建筑业企业价值创新文化力效率评价模型，并以项目偏差思想为基础构建效率波动分析图寻求建筑业企业价值创新文化力指标之间的效率差距。建筑业企业实证研究表明该方法可以有效地测度建筑业企业价值创新的文化力效率。

Efficiency Evaluation of Value Innovation Culture Force for Construction Enterprises

Culture force is one of three-main important environment force s for construction enterprises’ value innovation. Based on the literature review of culture，culture force，and enterprise culture force，the paper proposed that the culture governance is the highest level for construction enterprises to improve the value innovation capability. Then，the culture force system was divided into four parts:enterprise spiritual culture，enterprise system culture，enterprise behavioral culture，and enterprise material culture. The corresponding index systems were established. In order to evaluate the efficiency of value innovation culture force for construction enterprises，the paper analyzed the weights of four culture force s using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A value innovation culture force evaluation model was built for construction enterprises based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. An efficiency fluctuation analysis chart was established based on project deviation to analyze the efficiency gap between indexes. The case study shows that this method can effectively measure the culture force efficiency of value innovation for construction enterprises.
