内圆磨床进给系统数字化控制应用研究

摘    要:文中研究数控化设备升级改造,应用人机界面控制,方便数字量设定,实现过程控制的自动化,数控系统控制步进系统进给,提升磨床的数字化控制系统性能,选用可编程控制器(PLC)、图形操作终端(GOT)、步进电机驱动器、步进电机和主动测量仪改进原电气位控系统,将PLC和GOT的编程及功能指令和编程软件的应用结合起来。

Abstract:Several measures are proposed for upgrading and reconstructing the numerical control equipment. The man- machine interface system is applied for simplifying parameter settings and realizing process control automation. The feed of stepping system controlled by NC system can improve the performance of the grinder. The electric position- control system is transformed by programmable controller (PLC), graphics operation terminal (GOT), stepping motor drive, step motor and active measuring instrument. PLC and GOT programming and function and the application of software programming instructions is combined.
