| Abstract: | In this paper, the principle of reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) is introduced. Samples demonstrate that, comparison with low energy electron diffraction, RHEED has many advantages in operational performance. The paper also reviews some studies and applications of RHEED in surface science and novel material preparation. |
