| 摘 要： | 本文利用偏微分人口方程，建立了和硕县的人口模型，对和硕县1998－2010年的人口发展进行了预测，计算结果表明，国家的计划生育政策对局部区域的人口控制起到了良好的效果，同时也表明，新疆的区域人口状况与全国相比不尽相同．

| Abstract: | In this paper, a population forecast of HeShuo county from 1998 to 2010 is made bymaking use of partial difference population equtions. The results shows that the policy offamily planning has controlled the development of population effectively in some areas. It also shows that the situation of population in Xinjiang is different from that in all the otherparts of the conutry. |
