基于ADAMS的三维织机平行打纬机构的设计研究

摘    要:采用ADAMS软件,对几种不同形式的六连杆平行打纬机构进行仿真设计。由仿真分析可知,这几种形式的打纬机构不仅能满足打纬工艺要求,而且具有各自的特点,可供织制不同织物品种的织机选用。仿真分析为三维织机打纬机构的设计提供了方便实用的方法。

Design of the parallel beating-up mechanism for 3 D weaving machine based on ADAMS
Abstract:Based on ADAMS, the simulation design for several different forms of six-bar parallel beating-up mechanisms has been done. The simulation analysis shows these several forms of beating-up mecha-nisms not only meet the process requirements of beating-up, but also have their own characteristics, which can be used by weaving machines for weaving different 3D fabrics. Simulation analysis provides a convenient and practical method for the design of beating-up mechanism of 3D weaving machine.
