摘    要:针对红台区块小草湖洼陷低压低渗致密气藏自然产能极低,常规加砂压裂改造方法增产效果差的现状,在红台204井研究应用了大型压裂改造技术,主要包括裂缝规模合理确定、大型压裂施工参数优化设计以及低伤害助排压裂液等关键技术。入井压裂液772.6m3、砂量100.6m3,压后初期最高产气量达16×104m3/d,稳定产气量达9.6×104m3/d,凝析油8.3m3/d,是压前产气量的14倍,增产效果和经济效益显著。大型压裂技术的成功应用,使红台气藏勘探获得重大突破,可采储量得到升级,为类似气藏的开发提供了经验。

Abstract:Hongtai gas reservoir of Xiaochaohu sag is featured on low pressure & permeability and has no initial production, and conventional fracturing stimulations result poor effects. The large scale fracturing technology to reservoir stimulation is studied and supplied successfully in No.204 well of hongtai field. It comprises some key technique about rational definition of fracture scale, optimal design of large scale fracture job and harmless flowback aiding hydraulic fluid. A total of 772.6 m 3 of hydraulic fluid and 100.6 m 3 of sand was injected in the well. The initial gas production adds up to 160 000 m 3/d, and the stability gas production is 96 000 m 3/d accompanied with 8.3 m 3/d of oil. The production after treatment increased by fourteen times as much as before the treatment. The large scale fracturing technology has resulted in increasing production and high economic benefits. Hongtai gas reservoir exploration was broke through and upgraded by using the large scale fracturing technology. It will provide the successful experience in great deal for the exploitation of similar reservoirs.
