地下溶浸细菌氧化辅助浸出硫化铜矿的研究

摘    要:对硫化铜矿细菌氧化机理和地下溶浸的特点进行了讨论 ,针对中条山不同氧化程度的 3种矿样进行了稀硫酸浸出和稀硫酸加Fe3+ 浸出的对比试验。试验结果表明 :矿石中铜的硫化矿占有率分别为 15 0 2 %、45 60 %、79 3 5 %时 ,溶液中Fe3+ 初始浓度达到 2 .0~ 3 .0 g/L ,浸出 2h ,与未加Fe3+ 的稀硫酸浸出相比 ,对应矿物中铜的浸出率分别提高 7 5 6%、2 1 62 %、10 5 9% ,而且铜的浸出速率显著提高 ;随着浸出的进行 ,矿石中的铁不断被浸出 ,硫酸浓度 15g/L ,初始Fe3+ 浓度分别为 0 0、 1 0、3 0g/L时 ,浸出 4h ,矿石中铁的浸出率分别为 10 68%、8 69%、7 12 %。在试验研究的基础上 ,提出应用细菌氧化技术进行浸出剂再生 ,以实现硫化铜矿物的地下溶浸。

Abstract:The mechanism of sulfide copper ore bio-oxidation and the characteristics of underground solution leaching were discussed. Three kinds of copper sulfide ore sample were used to conduct a comparison test on weak sulfuric acid leaching and sulfuric acid-ferric leaching(ferric in the form of chemical compound and produced by oxidation using T ferrooxidans),The test results show that the extraction of copper was increased by 756%,21.62%,10.59% according to reserves of copper sulfide ore is 15.02%,45.60%,79.35% respectively with addition of ferric 2.0~3.0g/L.Extraction of iron was 10.68%,8.9%,7.12% with addition of ferric 0.0,1.0,3.0g/L respectively.Base on the experiment,leaching process enhanced by biooxidation has been developed and become easy to be performed in engineering practice for recovering the copper from sulfide ore.
