猪血蛋白水解液氨基酸成分分析

摘    要:以新鲜猪血为原料,制得了猪血蛋白干粉,选用三种不同类别的蛋白酶在适宜的条件下水解猪血蛋白干粉,并得到精制水解蛋白液。用氨基酸分析仪检测水解液中氨基酸种类及含量,并与医用脑蛋白液进行比较分析。结果表明胰蛋白酶水解效果最好,水解液成分与医用脑蛋白液成分比较接近。

Abstract:Porcine blood protein powders were got using fresh porcine blood as raw material, and were hydrolyzed with three different categories of protease under appropriate conditions, and obtain the refined protein hydrolysate. The type and content of the amino acid in the hydrolysate were analyzed using a amino acid analyzer, and results were compared with the medical brain protein fluid. The results showed that the trypsin hydrolysis effect is best, and the component of hydrolysate were dose to medical brain protein liquid.
