摘    要:农业秸秆是一种重要的可再生资源,目前人们仍然以焚烧的方式进行处理,所产生的颗粒物是引起多地雾霾天气的主要原因。为解决这个问题,本科研室以大学生创新项目为平台,以本科三年级学生为主体,开展了利用瘤胃微生物体外降解秸秆纤维素产电代替焚烧的研究,并得到了国家创新训练项目的支持。研究中学生充分运用了本科物理化学和微生物学的理论知识,实现了课堂教学与创新实践的有机结合。本文就从科研和教学两个角度,总结了指导本科生参与科研项目的经验,分析了学生如何通过这一项目实现了自身知识技术与个人能力的提升。

Abstract:As an important renewable resource,agricultural straw is still treated by burning,which is the main cause of inducing fog and haze in many places. To solve this problem,our team attempts to utilize rumen microorganism in vitro to convert straw into electricity instead of burning it. This project is undertaken by junior students entirely and supported by national innovation training project. During this period,students can make full use of the theories of physical chemistry and microbiology into practice. This paper summaries the guiding experience of innovation training project and illustrates how to cultivate students technical and ability through this project.
