摘    要:针对塔里木超深油藏和压裂增注施工的特点,研究和选定了以香豆胶XD稠化剂、GCL锆硼复合交联剂、MS-5降滤失剂为主要添加剂的XGM压裂液。室内试验结果表明,XGM压裂液具有摩阻低、延迟交联、易破胶、热稳定性及耐剪切性强等特点。超深注水井压裂施工表明,该压裂液改善了注水量,且成本低,便于推广。

Abstract:The XGM fracturing fluid was adopted a-gainst the reservoir characteristic and operation requirement of ultradeep and water injection well in Tarim. It is mainly composed of a fenugreek gum gelling agent XD, zirconium borate composite crosslinker, and fluid loss additive MS-5. Field Tests at a ultradeep well with a depth of 5910 meters are presented. It is shown that this fracturing fluid possesses the advantage of lower friction loss, retarded crosslinking, good thermal stability, and improves the water injection rate of wells.
