UEA混凝土在地下室超长结构施工中的关键技术研究

摘    要:针对住宅楼地下室底板超长结构的工艺要求,应用UEA补偿收缩混凝土技术解决地下室底板结构自防水及无缝抗裂设计与施工。以UEA混凝土所涉及的关键技术为切入点,研究限制膨胀率的确定,分析膨胀剂掺量不同对混凝土强度的影响以及与混凝土自应力的关系,以此来确定本工程的施工方案和构造措施;确定UEA补偿收缩混凝土施工配合比;分析混凝土浇筑养护过程中应注意的问题及大体积混凝土的温度监控措施;并对UEA补偿收缩混凝土应用于地下室底板超长结构进行综合评价。结果表明,利用UEA解决超长结构无缝施工和自防水技术,确定膨胀剂掺量;施工条件分析及补偿收缩混凝土应用条件分析。

Abstract:For the craftwork demand of the super length structure construction of residence basement floor,the technique method which fits for the feature of above engineering is designed,UEA compensation shrinkage concrete is adopted to solve structure self waterproof,seamless constructing and anti-crack design and constructing.Starting from the key technique related on UEA concrete,how to determine limited extend rate is studied,the influence to concrete intension and relation to concrete self stress by different mixed quantity of expand dosage are analyzed,then the engineering construction scheme and construction measure are determined;the constructing mixture proportion of UEA compensation shrinkage concrete is determined;the problems which should be paid attention to during the process of filling and maintenance and the temperature inspecting and controlling measure of large bulk concrete is analyzed;the technique for super length structure constructing of basement by UEA compensation shrinkage concrete is comprehensively evaluated.The result shows that some key problems should be solved when applying the above technique: expand dosage determination,construction condition analyzing,and applying condition of compensation shrinkage concrete.
