| 摘 要： | 在全球化背景下,新加坡充分利用CBD的规划和建设,不断进行城市转型,奠定了其在全球性的城市网络中的重要节点地位.本文研究新加坡城市转型过程中CBD的演化历程,着重剖析CBD发展背后的经济和政策因素.结论显示,CBD的演化是城市转型的空间反映,我国在促进城市转型发展的过程中,应高度重视CBD的规划和建设,并改变传统的CBD规划思想和现有的城市公共空间开发、管理制度,加快CBD向CAZ的转变.
