地质导向钻井技术在埕71-平4井中的应用

摘    要:在水平井钻井中,通常采用地质导向钻井技术来提高井眼轨迹在油层中的穿透率。地质导向钻井是一项系统工程,需由钻井、地质、测井、油藏及录井人员共同参与、联合解决。结合地质导向钻井技术特征和在钻油层的地质特征、钻具结构、轨迹控制及实时地质曲线现场应用等实际情况,介绍了地质导向钻井技术在水平井钻井中的应用情况,论述了地质导向钻井技术在识别油层中的重要作用,提出了指导地质导向钻井施工的几点认识和建议。实践表明,地质导向钻井技术可实时准确测量油气层参数,在埕71-平4井应用中取得了良好的效果,水平井地质导向测量参数随钻解释系统为LWD实时曲线的解释提供了可靠手段,结果与电缆测井解释成果基本一致,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:During drilling horizontal well, usually adopt geometry steerable drilling technology to increase the penetration rate of borehole track in oil reservoir. Geosteering technology is system engineering, and may be resolved by personnel of drilling, and geology, and well logging, and oil reservoir and logging participate in and combine with together. Combination the geosteering drilling technology characteristics with reality conditions of geology feature of drilled oil layer, drilling tool construction, well path control and field application of real-time geology curve etc., we introduce the application condition about geosteering technology in horizontal well drilling, and discuss important function of the geometry steerable drilling technology in oil layer identification, and put forward several viewpoint and suggestion that guides the geometry steerable drilling technology. Practice indicates that geometry steerable drilling technology has important function on distinguishing hydrocarbon reservoirs. It has got good application result in Cheng71-Ping4, horizontal-well geosteering parameter-measuring interpretation while drilling system presents the dependable means that can explain the real-time curve of LWD, and the results is basically in accordance with the explain results of wireline cable logging, and it has great value of employment..
