可持续的希望——中小学建筑的灾后重建初探

教育建筑的震后重建应该有更加积极的定位，发挥避难设施和文化中心等社会价值。本文结合灾区现状，指出教育建筑重建不可过于追求进度，同对应该统筹政府和民间的多种援助渠道，更多发挥民间平台的作用，在金融海啸的背景下保证赈灾资金的合理分配，并倡导绿色建筑材料的真正推广，积极采纳民间团体和科研机构的研究成果，进行研究性的灾后重建。
