摘    要:用GT—power软件建立了一个包含阻性前消声器的排气系统,结合已存在的一个直列4缸汽油机GT—power模型,预测发动机性能。通过改变穿孔率、吸声材料填充密度等阻性消声器设计参数,研究这些参数对发动机性能的影响。并总结了如何有效选择阻性消声器设计参数以提高发动机性能。

Abstract:In this paper, an exhaust system GT-power model containing an absorptive front muffler is formed, combining existed GT-power model of an in-line 4-cylinder gasoline engine, to predict the engine performance. Through changing the design parameters of absorptive front muffler, such as perforation porosity and absorptive material stuffing density, it is studied how perforation porosity and absorptive material stuffing density affect on engine performance. The guideline to effectively choose absorptive muffler design parameters to increase engine performance is also concluded.
