双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂预处理垃圾渗滤液废水的实验研究

摘    要:垃圾渗滤液成分复杂,废水有机物浓度高且水质水量变化较大,因此废水处理难度较大。本文以氯化铝、双氰胺、甲醛等为原料制备的新型双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂用于济南某垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液的预处理试验,研究了双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂对垃圾渗滤液预处理的可行性及处理的最优条件。试验发现,在pH为7,絮凝剂浓度为0.75g/L时双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂对垃圾渗滤液的COD去除率可达到80-2%、对色度的去除率可达到90%。

Abstract:Landfill leachate's composition is complex. Organic matter in the wastewater has high concentration, and change of water quality and quantity is big, so treatment of the wastewater is difficult. In this paper, a new dicyandiamide-formaldehyde flocculant was synthesized from aluminum chtoride,dicyandiamide and formaldehyde to pretreat landfill leachate from a landfill site in Jinan city. The feasibility of pretreating landfill leachate with dicyandiamide-formaldehyde floccutant was studied as well as optimal pretreatment conditions. The results show that when pH is 7, dicyandiamide - formaldehyde concentration is 0.75 g / L, COD removal rate can reach to 80.2% ,and color removal rate can reach to 90%.
