| 摘 要： | 由于CFB锅炉大延迟、大滞后的特性,致使常规PID控制效果不显著.采用KB-APC软件利用无辨识预估计自适应控制器,实现CFB锅炉燃烧优化控制.通过OVATION软件完成了手/自动切换、APC控制与常规控制的投切、APC控制的面板、投切条件设置、通讯判断以及偏置面板设置,并通过WinCC软件读取了OVATION_OPC数据,保证了KB-APC软件对CFB锅炉的控制效果及可靠性,对同类软件实现外部功能具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | With no identification estimation adaptive controller is used by KB-APC software,the optimal control of combustion of CFB boiler is achieve.Through the OVATION software to complete the hand/auto switch,APC control and conventional control switch,APC control panel,the switching condition setting,communication as well as offset panel settings,and OVATION OPC data is read by the WinCC software.The control effect of CFB boiler is reliable on KB-APC software. |
