摘    要:酸轧生产线出现带钢头尾及两侧黑斑,从缺陷形貌和电镜与正常的带钢表面进行对比,认为黑斑是氧化铁皮未溶解形成;通过分析酸洗工艺控制参数对酸洗能力影响,优化酸洗工艺参数,有效的降低了酸洗黑斑的发生。

Abstract:The surface and the morphology observation of the black spots existing the head,the tail and two sides of the strip on pickling line was compared with the normal strip. It is thought that the black spots formed due to the incomplete dissoving of the ferric oxide. The pickling process parameters is optimized by analyzing the influence of pickling process parameters to pickling capacity,so the black spots is effectively reduced.
