电阻法微机控制气体碳氮共渗

摘    要:分析了电阻法控制气氛碳氮总势的原理;介绍了电阻法碳氮总势控制仪和电阻法微机控制气体碳氮共渗系统的硬件原理结构、组成、功能特点、软件流程框图、有关数学模型以及生产应用情况。结果表明,电阻法控制气氛碳氮总势是成功的,可以实现“低氮势”下的气体碳氮共渗工艺过程的自动控制,由此可大大提高产品的质量、降低能耗。

Abstract:The principle of the gas C-N total potential controlled with the resistance method is analysed. The controlling instrument of the C-N total potential and the hardware composition, the functional characteristics, the software flow diagram, the mathematic model of the system of the gas carbonitriding controlled by microcomputer in the resistance method and the producing application are presented in detail. The results show that the technique is sueessful, and the automatic control of the gas carbonitriding process under condition of the low nitrogen potential can be realized. Thus the technique can greatly improve the quality of products, cut down the consumption of energy.
