某弹丸发射安全性仿真分析研究

摘    要:为评估某弹丸的发射安全性,基于非线性有限元方法建立精确的弹丸发射系统动力学分析模型.对比分析仿真结果和试验数据,基于上述动力学分析模型,研究发射过程中弹丸质量偏心、推力偏心以及滑块与导轨之间间隙对弹丸横向过载的影响.仿真结果表明:在发射过程中,弹丸质量偏心、推力偏心越大,弹丸横向过载越大,发射系统安全性越差;滑块与导轨之间的间隙越小,弹丸在导轨内的碰撞越剧烈,发射安全性越差.

Abstract:For evaluating the certain type projectiles launching safety, dynamic analysis model of the kinetic energy projectile was established based on the nonlinear finite element method. The simulation results were validated by comparing and analyzing with the experimental data. Then, based on the above analysis model, the influences of projectile mass eccentricity, the gap during sliding-block and rails, thrust eccentricity on the transverse acceleration were studied. The simulation results indicates that the launching safety decreasing when transverse acceleration of the projectiles increasing with the mass eccentricity and thrust eccentricity, and the launching safety decreasing when projectiles collision increasing with decreasing the gap during sliding-block and rails.
