摘    要:同时涉及反应平衡与相平衡的综合性反应平衡计算是化工生产过程中经常遇到的问题,亦是化工热力学课程中的重要内容,但其涉及原理多、计算过程复杂,是教学中的一大难题。文中以乙醇脱水生产乙烯的反应为例,提出在合理的假设前提下,用ThermalCal软件辅助计算,能在减少计算工作量的同时得到更接近真实系统的结果。使用ThermalCal软件辅助计算有助于提高学生的计算效率,加深其对反应平衡与相平衡计算原理的理解,从而有效改善课堂教学效果。

Abstract:Comprehensive reaction equilibrium calculation involving both reaction equilibrium and phase equilibrium is a problem often encountered in the production process of chemical engineering, and it is also an important content of chemical engineering thermodynamics. However, this problem involves many principles and complicated calculation process, which is a big difficulty in teaching. Taking the reaction of ethanol dehydration to produce ethylene as an example, under reasonable assumptions, ThermalCal software was used to assist calculations, which not only reduced the amount of calculations but also helped to obtain results closer to the real system. It is beneficial for students to improve computing efficiency and deepen their understanding for the calculation principles of reaction balance and phase balance, as well as effectively improve the effect of classroom teaching.
