摘    要:为研究输电线路基础设计规范中的风荷载调整系数取值是否合理,通过对输电塔上部结构与下部地基基础可靠度影响参数的统计特性研究,依据基础设计规范中的风荷载调整系数表达式,采用JC法分别计算上部结构、地脚螺栓、基础的可靠度指标。结论表明,现行输电线路基础设计规范中基础设计风荷载调整系数的取值是合理的,按此计算的基础可靠度指标略大于上部结构。

Abstract:In order to research whether the wind load adjustment coefficient in the transmission line foundation design code is reasonable or not, through the study of the reliability statistical parameters of the tower structure and the foundation, based on the expression of the wind load adjustment coefficient in the foundation design specification, the reliability of the tower structure, anchor bolts and foundation is calculated by JC method. The conclusion shows that the wind load adjustment coefficient in the foundation design specification is reasonable, the reliability index of the foundation calculated according to this method is slightly larger than the tower structure.
