摘    要:针对光伏发电间歇性和用电负荷多样性等引起户用型光伏电站母线电压频繁波动的问题,设计了一种含混合电池储能的光伏电站结构,以光伏发电作为分布式电源,采用能量型电池和功率型电池构成混合储能系统。为实现光伏母线电压的稳定,提出了一种低通滤波器与模糊控制相结合的混合储能系统能量管理策略。首先将系统直流母线波动功率分为高频分量和低频分量;然后利用能量型电池处理低频分量,功率型电池处理高频分量,实现电站母线电压的稳定;最后在母线电压稳定的基础上研究2种电池能量的再分配,有效延长了能量型电池的使用寿命。为验证策略的合理性,建立系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明文章所设计的策略很好地抑制了光伏直流母线电压波动,使波动控制在1.25%之内。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the intermittent photovoltaic power generation and the diversity of electricity load cause frequent fluctuations of bus voltage of the household photovoltaic pow er station,a kind of photovoltaic pow er station structure containing hybrid battery energy storage is designed.For PV bus voltage stability,this paper proposes a pow er management strategy for the hybrid energy storage system by combining a low pass filter w ith fuzzy control.First of all,the fluctuations in DC bus voltage are divided into high frequency and low frequency components.Then the low frequency component is processed by energy type battery,w hile high frequency component is processed by pow er battery,to realize the stability of bus voltage in pow er station.At last,on the basis of bus voltage stability,tw o components of battery energy are redistributed to effectively prolong the service life of the energy type battery.In order to verify the rationality of the strategy,a simulation model is established.The simulation results show that the strategy designed in this paper may suppress the voltage fluctuation of the photovoltaic DC bus,and the voltage fluctuation of the bus is controlled w ithin 1.25%.
