摘 要: | 烯醛气相一步法合成异戊二烯,其气相产物的全分析,过去用两种检测器(FID、TCD)、两根色谱柱,一为6201载体涂20%乙烯基硅酮弹性体,另一为6201载体涂20%壬二酸二乙酯。此法较紧琐,分析周期长。本文采用OV-101玻璃毛细管柱,在快速程序升温下,成功地实现了气相产物的定性与定量全分析。可将C_1-C_9 42个组份分开,重复性与准确度好。

Improvement of Chromatographic Analysis of Gaseous Products in Single-Step Preparation of Isoprene from formaldehyde and Isobutylene |

Abstract: | Formerly, the chromatographic analysis of gaseous products in single-step preparation of isoprene from formaldehyde and isobutylene was achieved on coupled detectors(FID, ICD)and coupled 6201 packed columns, one was coated with20% vinyl silicone elastomer, and the other with 20% diethyl azelaate. But it was complicated and time consuming.
This paper reports the successful achievement of qualitative and quantitative analyses of gaseous products by using an OV-101 glass capillary column with rapid temperature programming. All forty-two C_1—C_9 constituents are separated well with good repetition and accuracy. |
