二苯甲酰甲烷的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以苯乙酮和苯甲酸甲酯为原料,在催化剂作用下合成二苯甲酰甲烷,考察不同催化剂及用量、溶剂及用量、反应原料、反应时间和反应温度等因素对二苯甲酰甲烷收率的影响。得到优化工艺条件为:以甲醇钠为催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,n(苯乙酮)∶n(甲醇钠)=1∶1.6,二甲苯用量150 mL,n(苯乙酮)∶n(苯甲酸甲酯)=1∶4,反应温度(140~150) ℃,反应时间5 h。此条件下,产物收率达90%,熔点为79 ℃,纯度可达99%。

Abstract:Using acetophenone and methyl benzoate as the raw materials, dibenzoyl methane was synthesized over the catalysts. The influence of different catalysts, solvents, raw materials, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the yield of dibenzoyl methane was investigated. The results showed that the yield and purity of dibenzoyl methane with melting point of 79 ℃ were 90% and 99% respectively under the optimal process condition as follows : sodium methoxide as the catalyst, xylene as the solvent, n (acetophenone) : n ( sodium methoxide) = 1 : 1.6, xylene dosage 150 mL, n (acetophenone) : n (methylbenzoate) = 1 : 4, reaction tem- perature ( 140 - 150) ℃ ,and reaction time 5 h.
