摘    要:燃油在输送过程中出现堵塞过滤器和输送管路将造成巨大的经济损失.运用微生物分析手段,首先确定由微生物污染导致的柴油输送管路堵塞问题,通过纯化培养、分离鉴定污染实验样品中的主要微生物种类,提出了防治微生物污染的化学方法,即添加适合的杀菌剂,选择市场上常用的4种杀菌剂:Busan DFP、异塞唑啉酮类、二元醇的环状硼酸酯混合物、二甲基硫代氨基甲酸钠类,并从中筛选出针对样品中微生物特点的最有效杀菌剂Busan DFP.这种杀菌剂在实验条件下(原始细菌数6.5×107 CFU/mL)添加100 mg/L的量,杀菌率可达100%,抑菌时间至少可维持4周.

Abstract:Fuel appeared in the process of conveying jam filter and transfer line will cause huge economic losses. In this paper, by means of mierobiologieal analysis, identifying the diesel oil transfer pipeline clogging problem caused by mierobial contamination firstly. By identifying the pollution purifieation cultivation, separation of the main microbial species in experimental samples. Putting forward the chemical method to prevent and control of microbial contamination: adding a suitable bactericide. Choosing four common bactericides on the market: Bnsan DFP, Kathon, Annular boric acid ester of glycol, SDDCN. And then screening out the most effective bactericide : Busan DFP. Under the experimental conditions ( original number of bacteria is 6.5 x 10v CFU/mL), after adding 100 mg/L of the bactericide, the sterilizing rate can reach 100%, baeteriostatie time can maintain 4 weeks at least.
