摘    要:聚丙烯装置扩能改造后,丙烯精制系统原料处理量增加,丙烯精制深度下降,又因受到炼油改扩建项目工艺和原料油变化的影响,精制丙烯的硫含量和砷含量严重超标,使聚丙烯装置双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜专用料PPH-F03G的生产难以正常进行。为保证精制丙烯满足聚丙烯装置生产PPH-F03G的要求,对丙烯精制系统进行改造,采用双塔串联、分子筛脱水塔改为硫水解塔、新增脱硫塔和更换填料等措施提高原丙烯精制系统的脱水、脱硫和脱砷的能力。丙烯精制系统改造后,精制丙烯的质量得到提高, PPH-F03G专用料生产得到恢复,同时减少了丙烯聚合催化剂和给电子体的用量,经济效益提高。

Abstract:After increasing the capacity of polypropylene plant, the former propylene purification installation could not meet the requirements of polymerization due to the impact of the technology and the raw oil change of expansion project in Changling refinery. The contents of sulfur and arsenic exceeded the standard seriously, and it was difficult to produce two-way stretch polypropylene film PPH-F03G special material. In order to efficiently remove H20, S and As from the feedstock propylene, the purification installation was reformed. The twin towers series and molecular sieve dehydration tower were changed into sulfur hydrolysis tower, the new desulfurization tower was added, and the packing was replaced. The application of these measures im- proved the ability of original propylene refining system for dehydration, desulfurization and arsenic remov- al. After reforming, the quality of purified propylene was improved and could meet the requirements of pol- ymerization. The polypropylene plant could run steadily and polypropylene quality was satisfactory. The production of two-way stretch polypropylene film PPH-F03G special material was recovered. The amount of polypropylene catalyst and the activating agent consumed lower. The economic benefits were increased.
