摘    要:以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)接枝(-g-)氯乙烯(VC)聚合釜为背景,对5L、6L、100L及7m~3釜进行冷模试验,测定各釜的搅拌功率,以等单位体积功率为放大准则,将5L釜较好的实验条件放大到100L与7m~3聚合釜,得到满意结果。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out in a model vessel simulating 5L, 6L, 100L, and 7m~3 CPE-g-VC reactors and their power consumption of agitation was determined. The CPE-g-VC agitation parameters were proposed successfully for 100L and 7m~3 reactors based on polymerization experiment in 5L autoclave, taking the equal power consumption per unit volume as a scale-up criterion.
