摘    要:
以汽车反光罩作为研究对象,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间作为试验变量,以体积收缩率和翘曲变形作为优化目标,采用Box Behnken试验设计方法,建立试验变量与优化目标之间的二阶响应面模型,通过Design Expert软件进行方差分析得到最优序列,并且由此预测最优结果。利用Moldflow软件对最优序列进行模拟分析,验证模型预测的准确性。结果表明,应用二阶响应面模型进行优化设计是提高产品质量的一种有效途径。

Abstract:
The car reflectors were taken as an object of analysis, mold temperature, melt temperature, pack pressure as well as pack time were selected as the test variables, with the volume shrinkage rate and warpage as the optimum goal. The second order response surface model which described the relationship between test variables and optimum goal was established by Box Behnken design method. Optimal sequences were found out after the variance analysis by using the Design Expert software, and the optimal results were forecasted by the optimal sequences. Based on the optimal sequences, accuracy of model could be verified by the simulation analysis with Moldflow. The results demonstrated that optimization adopting response surface model was an effective way of improving quality of products.
