中国航海博物馆关节轴承节点承载力试验研究

摘    要:中国航海博物馆帆体钢结构三铰拱的3个节点及边箱梁底部节点均采用关节轴承节点的形式以满足完全铰接的构造要求。因在不同荷载组合下,节点处可能承受拉力也可能承受压力,使得轴承节点的构造极其复杂。为验证此轴承节点的受力性能和承载力,进行了一个1/2缩尺模型试验和有限元分析。试验结果表明,在3.77倍的设计荷载水平作用下节点没有发生破坏,其极限承载力完全满足设计要求。试验结果和数值分析结果表明,该节点具有足够的安全性,满足工程应用的要求。
