摘    要:本文针对石化生产过程中的介质特点,分析了奥化体不锈钢易发生应力腐蚀开裂的几种常见的介质工况,进而探讨了腐蚀发生的条件、机理和特征,最后提出了工程上可相应采取的防护措施。

Abstract:Based on the property of the content in the petrochemical production, the operation with austenite stainless steel in use and with several common contents in which there is no occurrence of the stress corrosion crack was introduced in this article. Furthermore, the condition, mechanism and characteristic of the corrosion occurrence were discussed. Finally, the protection measures used in engineering were presented.
