| 摘 要： | 针对实际生产中焊接H型钢焊后产生裂纹的类型和原因进行分析。通过原材料、焊缝金属进行化学成分分析和破坏性力学性能试验检测以及生产过程调查,分析得出焊接型钢产生裂纹的内外因素。结合实际生产情况,制定出工艺措施,解决了焊缝裂纹问题。

| Abstract: | In view of welding H beam during the actual production, it was analyzed types of crack and reasons caused by welding. Through analysis of the raw materials, analysis of chemical composition of weld metal, test of destructive mechanical properties and investigation during production process, it was found out that the internal and external factors leading to the cracks of the welded section steel. Combined with the actual production condition, technical measures were taken to solve the problem of the weld cracking. |
