深基坑综合降排水技术

摘    要:
烟台阳光100城市广场基坑底深16.02m,核心筒底深达21.57m,场地砾砂层赋存潜水,且离海仅300m。对此制定了切实可行的综合降排水方案,克服了支管安装困难、排水阶段多、水位变幅大等不利因素,在有效控制地下水的同时,也避免了对周围建筑物的影响。

Abstract:
Foundation pit of Yantai Sunshine 100 Plaza project is 16.02 m deep and its core cylinder bottom is 21.57 m deep.Gravel stratum of the site contains abundant groundwater and it is only 300 m far from the sea.Therefore,feasible combined drainage scheme is established to overcome disadvantageous factors,such as difficult supporting pipe installation,multiple drainage phases and large water level variation.In this way,groundwater is effectively controlled and influences on ambient buildings are avoided.
