摘    要:本文采用传热与传质耦合的动力学模型了单一加热方式和混合加热方式的升华干燥过程机理,并分析了升华干燥过程中物料温度、升华面温度和升华面水汽通量等参数对于燥过程的影响。

Abstract:A dynamical mathematical model is developed to describe sublimation drying, which conjugates heat and mass transfer simultaneously. The model is employed to investigate mechanism of one side heating mode and hybrid heating mode during sublimation drying. The influences of product temperature, interface temperature and water vapour flux on the process are studied.
