Abstract:
Owing to the development of electric vehicles, there is an increasing demand for the safety, energy density, lifespan and reliability of lithium-ion batteries. The consistency of batteries is vital to their performance, which is especially obvious in the case of too many monomers existing in a battery pack. In this paper, the charging and discharging experiments on Shenhuo lithium-ion batteries were carried out, and the variations in key parameters such as capacity, energy and internal resistance during discharging were analyzed. Then, the multi-parameter sorting method was adopted to obtain the comprehensive evaluation index function of capacity, energy and internal resistance. Furthermore, the changing curve of energy with time was selected by combining the weight analysis index, and the dynamic sorting on batteries after the multi-parameter presorting process was realized to better satisfy the consistency requirement of lithium-ion battery pack.
