| 摘 要： | PASSIM卷接机组布带轮在驱动过程中时常出现打滑现象,导致烟丝在烟枪通道内停滞、堵塞,进而影响成品烟支质量.对布带轮表面进行了喷砂处理,以增大布带轮对防滑胶带的摩擦驱动力总和,有效解决布带轮与防滑胶带间的相对滑动.应用结果表明,改进后解决了因布带轮打滑导致的烟支空头等问题,烟支空头率由0.8％～1.2％降低到0.2％～0.4％,重量偏差(SD偏差系数)由0.030 ～0.038降低到0.023以下,有效降低了防滑胶带的磨损,防滑胶带的年消耗量由12件减少为6件,节约了维修费用,减少维修劳动强度.

| Abstract: | The slipping of tape on the tape drum in PASSIM filter cigarette maker tends to retard the moving of cut tobacco in the garniture and deteriorate the quality of cigarette.Therefore,the surface of the tape drum was sandblasted to increase the friction between the drum and antiskid tape and minimize tape slipping.The application results showed that the rate of loose end cigarettes reduced from 0.8%-1.2% to 0.2%-0.4%,weight deviation(SD deviation coefficient) decreased from 0.030-0.038 to less than 0.023;the c... |
