Abstract:It was founded that Marine fish processing byproducts were rich in nutritional components such as protein,amino acid,vitamin,mineral matters,unsaturated fat acid and so on,which can be processed into natural fuctional foods.In this review,the recent research about these bioactive compounds and their applications were introduced.
