Abstract:In this paper, the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer of flexural vibration was studied, the vibrating mechanism and vibration mode were analyzed. The frequency equation expressed in the form of matrix was derived out. Which can be used to design and calculate the transducer. The analysis for flexural vibration of transducers is very complex, so the frequency equation is very useful to compute the frequency and design the transducer by computers. Experiments show that the measured resonant frequencies of the flexural transducer are in good agreement with the calculated results.
