摘 要: | 分析了影响鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂LF炉高效生产的原因,通过采取进LF炉钢水温度大于1 590℃、硫含量不超过0.024%、LF炉前期温度控制稍高、合理减少加铝批次等措施后,普碳钢的LF炉处理周期大约缩短4 min。

Efficient Production Practice on Steelmaking by Ladle Furnace |

Abstract: | The reasons for influencing the efficient production practice on steelmaking by ladle furnace in No.4 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are analyzed. After taking such measures as increasing the temperature of molten steel poured into the ladle furnace more than 1 590 ℃, controlling the content of sulphur up to 0.024%, adjusting the tem-perature of molten steel to a little bit higher than the traditonal temperature before pouring the la-dle furnace and suitably reducing the heat of adding aluminium, the steelmaking period of common carbon steel by ladle furnace is shortened by about 4 minutes. |
