摘    要:先讨论了数控加工工艺规程对提高工件加工质量的重要性,然后从加工工艺上分析了如何提高工件表面质量的途径。以数控加工注塑机动模板为例,通过对影响其孔表面质量原因的工艺分析,制订了保证和提高其表面质量的合理工艺规程。

Abstract:The importance of technical schedule of manufacture of numerical control to improve processing quality of workpiece has been discussed in this paper, and approaches have been analyzed how to improve superficial quality in craft. By means of technical analysis of reasons affected of superficial quality of hole of an ejector die board processed by CNC of plastic jetting-molding machine, the feasible technical schedule has been evolved to ensure and improve the superficial quality in an example of the ejector die board.
