摘    要:为进一步挖掘生产潜能、提高生产能力、降低熟料热耗以降低单位生产成本,并减少粉尘排放,鹿泉市曲寨水泥有限公司2500 t/d水泥熟料线(2#线)于2013年进行了技术改造.改造前该系统产量虽然较高(达2 750 t/d),但存在窑尾系统阻力大、篦冷机冷却效率低、熟料热耗高等问题,中材装备集团有限公司南京分公司针对以上现状对烧成系统的窑尾预热器系统、分解炉、篦冷机和冷却风机等实施了技术改造和技术升级.改造现场施工历时20 d,改造后系统熟料产量达到了3 026 t/d,分解炉出口负压由1 722 Pa大幅降至1 229 Pa,熟料热耗降低了10.22%,改造达到了预期的效果.

Abstract:In order to further digging production potential, to increase production capacity, and to decrease clinker heat consumption to lower the unit production cost, and to reduce dust emission, the 2 500 t/d clinker production line(#2 line) of Luquan Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. was reconstructed in 2013. Before the transformation,althouth the system's capacity was a little high as 2750t/d, there existed prob- lems as high system resistance, low cooling rate of grate cooler and high heat consumption. Aiming to the problems, Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group(Nanjing) reconstructed and upgraded the preheating system,precalcinator,grate cooler and cooling fan. The renova- tion construction lasted 20 days, and the reformed system's capacity reached 3 026 t/d, the outlet negative pressure decreased from 1722 Pa to 1229 Pa, the clinker heat consmption lowered 10.22%, which proved the transformation achieved the desired results.
