摘    要:研究了三乙烯四胺丙烯酸盐(AnAA)增强丁腈橡胶(NBR)的性能。结果表明,AnAA对NBR/AnAA硫化胶具有较好的增强效果,当其用量为10质量份时硫化胶具有最佳的综合物理机械性能,拉伸强度24.2 MPa,撕裂强度47.4 kN/m,100%定伸应力13.8 MPa,压缩永久变形24.6%,扯断伸长率160%,邵尔A硬度83。AnAA对NBR的增强机理一方面在于AnAA增强NBR的硫化胶交联网络中存在较多的离子交联键结构,此结构具有很好的应力分散和弛豫特性,提高了硫化胶的物理机械性能;另一方面AnAA在NBR中较易分散形成纳米颗粒,这些纳米颗粒对NBR也起到了较好的增强作用。

Abstract:Properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) reinforced by triethylene tetramine acrylate(AnAA) were researched.The result showed that AnAA had better reinforcing effects on NBR/AnAA vulcanizate.The well-balanced mechanical properties were obtained when 10 phr AnAA was added,on this condition,tensile strength,tear strength,modulus at 100%,compression set,elongation at break and Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate were 24.2 MPa,47.4 kN/m,13.8 MPa,24.6%,160% and 83 respectively.The reinforcement mechanism of AnAA for NBR could be attributed to the ionic bonds between AnAA and NBR in the crosslinking network of the vulcanizate,on the one hand which had good stress dispersing and relaxing behaviours and nano-AnAA particals which could be well dispersed in the vulcanizate on the other hand.
