| 摘 要： | 对Pro/E下的夹具参数化设计进行二次开发,详细介绍了系统开发中关键技术,包括基于Family Table的标准件的插入技术,用户自定义零件参数化及组件参数化技术.本系统简化了设计人员的操作过程,加快了Pro/E下夹具装配的速度,同时参数化功能加快了零件设计过程.通过对以上几个方面的开发与研究,从整体上提高了夹具设计的效率.

| Abstract: | The main technologies of the fixture design based on further development of pro/Engineer are introduced, including insert standard parts based on Family Table, consumer custom parameter parts, and parameter assemble technologies. The system predigests the operation process for designer, and quickens the fixture assemble in Pro/E, While the parameter function quickens the design process. Though these development and research, the efficiency of fixture assembles is wholly improved. |
