摘    要:分析了具有良好综合力学性能的22Cr不锈钢的氢脆性能、氢致脆断的机理和氢的体积分数对不锈钢氢脆性能的影响程度。阐述了22Cr不锈钢在充氢条件下的强度及韧性变化情况。研究了在阴极保护过程中氢引起的脆性开裂,表明电位的设置是阴极保护系统中最重要的一个参数,并与环境介质有很大的关系。

Abstract:The hydrogen brittleness properties of stainless steel, especially 22Cr stainless steel which have excellent capability were summarized. The mechanism of hydrogen-induced cracking was analyzed and the influence of hydrogen concentration and brittleness properties of cathode protection system as well. Expatiation was made for the Influence of intensity and ductility in the charging hydrogen, and the brittleness cracking in the process of cathode protection system. It indicated that the cathode protection potential of the under ground pipe was one of the most important parameters in cathode protect system and contact close with environment media.
