离聚体增容剂研究进展

摘    要:综述了离聚体在共混体系中作为增容剂的增容机理及其对共混物性能的影响。离子基团与聚合物之间的特殊相互作用、多重离子对或离子簇在聚合物链之间形成的物理交联、离聚体基体与聚合物之间的相容性、“原位”反应形成的共聚物提高了共混体系相容性;适量的离聚体使共混物的流变性能、热性能、结晶行为、力学性能得到显著改善。

Abstract:The mechanism of compatibilization using ionomer in blends and the effect of ionomer on the properties of blends were reviewed with 33 references. The compatibility of blends is enhanced because of the special interactions between ionic groups and polymers, the physical crosslink of multiplet or cluster among polymer chains, the compatibility between ionomer backbone and polymers and the copolymers formed by in situ reaction. An appropriate quantitative ionomer can improve the rheological, thermal and machanical properties of blends.
