摘    要:电子收费系统(ETC)是智能交通系统(ITS)体系结构中一个重要的组成部分,在国外有着广泛的应用,也是ITS体系中发展较为成熟的技术。文章把联网ETC系统置于ITS体系中加以研究,分析了电子收费系统的结构组成、数据、资金的流动模型,与银行清算系统的接口模型和与ITS其它子系统的接口模型。通过标准接口,可以充分利用ETC信息与ITS体系中其它子系统共享。同时实现各个ETC系统之间的协同工作,提出以专用短程通信(DSRC)技术为基础的实现策略。最后对系统实现的关键技术加以说明。

Abstract:ETC system is an important part in the ITS architecture,which is broadly used overseas,and it is a comparatively mature application. This article is to research the ETC system based on the ITS architecture,and to analyze its structure,the modal of data flow and financing flow,the modal of interface between the clearing bank system and between other ITS′subsystems. The subsystems can share the vehicle information with ETC system through the standard interface. The article also introduces a method based on the DSRC technology in order to realize the interoperability of the respective ETC systems. In the end,the article expatiates on some technologies of the implementation of ETC system.
