抗菌水性聚氨酯的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:论述了以六氢-1,3,5-三羟乙基均三嗪(TN0)(俗名三丹油)为原料的聚氨酯(TNO-PU)的制备方法,并通过TNO-PU的抗菌试验,表明TNO-PU具有明显抗菌效果。TNO既是聚氨酯的抗菌剂又是聚氨酯交联剂,因此TNO-PU的抑菌作用具有长效稳定的特点,可望在玩具、家具、汽车和医疗卫生等行业得到应用。TNO作为交联剂对PU的力学性能和热学性能均有所提高。

Abstract:The preparation of a novel anti - microbial polyurethane derived from TNO was studied. The experimental results shows that the TNO -PU can provide excellent antimicrobial effect. TNO is an antimicrobial agent, as well as the crosslinking agent for polyurethane, the antimicrobial effect of TNO -PU was characterized by its long term action and good stability. It could be applied for toy, furniture and automobile.
