| 摘 要： | 在分析油管上卸扣过程中珠粘扣现象的特征及机理的基础上，进行了接箍螺纹种方式表面处理如镀铜、镀锌、磷化等试验，以改善螺纹抗粘扣性能，结果表明镀铜处理具有最佳的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the characteristic and mechanism of galling phenomena on tubing threads during the make and break process,various kinds of surface treatment for coupling thread have been carried out to improve the anti galling performance,such as copperizing,zincking and phosphatizing,etc.The result shows that copperizing is the most effective method. |
