摘 要: | ![]() 结合21000m3/h空分设备制氩系统调试中的操作经验,重点介绍了制氩系统投运的时机、关键参数的调整以及投运中的注意事项,并对临时停车后制氩系统工况的快速恢复、主塔和氩塔的相互关系、分子筛纯化系统切换对精馏工况的影响以及液空液位调节等方面进行逐一分析。

Abstract: | ![]() Based on the debugging experiences in a 21000m3/h air separation unit argon producing system,the commissioning opportunity,the adjustment of key parameters and the cautions during commissioning in an argon producing system are emphatically introduced.Technical analysis has also been made in the following aspects: the quick recovery of argon producing status after temporary shutdown,the relationship between main column and argon column,the effects of molecular sieve purification system on operation conditions of distillation,and the level regulation of liquid air. |
