| 摘 要： | 塔河油田托普区块二叠系地层承压能力低,裂缝较发育,易破碎、垮塌,严重影响着三开中途完井固井质量。针对该区块地层特点,优选了雷特堵漏剂作为主要堵漏材料,该堵漏剂以颗粒架桥、楔入承压、封门加固相结合的方式进行堵漏,并具有片状易楔入、耐高温不易变形等特点,特别适合深井及恶性漏失井的堵漏。实验筛选了堵漏浆配方并进行评价,制定了堵漏方案及施工工艺。在塔河油田4口井的二叠系漏失地层进行了承压堵漏施工,取得了良好的效果,应用井一次堵漏成功率为100%,均达到工程设计要求的承压值,堵漏施工周期由平均9.53 d缩短至2 d以内。 |
